I am looking for an open source system (the preferable combination is Windows, Apache, MySQL, and PHP), to suit (as close as possible) to my requirement below. Designing Designing

• A Designer will pick any ads randomly Een ontwerper zal halen geen advertenties willekeurig
• He will start construct the ads using some adobe application Hij zal beginnen met de bouw van de advertenties met een Adobe-toepassing
• Finally he will attach the designed ads (as PDF) and complete the task Ten slotte zal hij hechten de ontworpen advertenties (als PDF) en volledig de taak

Firstly thanks for your enquiry. Allereerst dank voor uw aanvraag. This is the first time I'm getting enquiries for my opinion and views. Dit is de eerste keer dat ik krijg vragen voor mijn mening en standpunten. I will try my best to provide you with an answer based on my experiences and thoughts. Ik zal proberen mijn best om u te voorzien van een antwoord op basis van mijn ervaringen en gedachten.

I believe the biggest challenge to your requirement would the the time tracking for each tasks since you mentioned that there is a need to deliver ads within 2 days or so. Ik denk dat de grootste uitdaging om uw eis zou het bijhouden van de tijd voor elke taak, omdat je zei dat er behoefte is om advertenties te leveren binnen 2 dagen of zo.

My thinking is there are two options you can consider. Mijn denken is zijn er twee opties die u kunt overwegen.

1. 1. To build a system from scratch using php, mysql, windows. Het bouwen van een systeem van scratch met behulp van PHP, MySQL, Windows. The benefit to this is you can get exactly what you need right to the detail. Het voordeel hiervan is kunt u precies wat u nodig hebt recht op de details. The downside, it can take quite some time and cost to implement depending on how specific there requirement needs to be. 2. 2. To find the closes available open source solution which matches your requirements and customize it from there. The good thing about most open source solution is that the core functionalities are already there, such as user manager, document management, task management, etc. Downside is that these solutions are usually very focused. Het goede ding over de meeste open source oplossing is dat de belangrijkste functionaliteiten zijn er al, zoals user manager, document management, task management, enz. Nadeel is dat deze oplossingen zijn meestal erg geconcentreerd. Meaning, if you need a solution for document management, then it purely does that very well without the other features like project management or customer relationship management. Betekenis, als u een oplossing voor document management, dan is het puur doet dat heel goed zonder de andere functies zoals project management en customer relationship management. So if you are to go with these solutions, chances are you will need to integrate some of these solutions together to make it fit your requirement. Dus als je om te gaan met deze oplossingen, zijn de kansen u nodig hebt om een aantal van deze oplossingen bij elkaar te integreren zodat het past bij uw behoefte.

Think about the possibilities of these 2 options and evaluate the feasibility to implement based on time, cost and resources. Denk na over de mogelijkheden van deze 2 opties en evalueren van de haalbaarheid uit te voeren op basis van tijd, kosten en middelen.

Epiware is mainly document management oriented as it has versioning and check in check out capabilities. Although not specified in your requirement, I thought it would be great for you to be able to see which particular project / work has taken up the most time and resources to accomplish. Hoewel niet vermeld in uw eis, dacht ik dat het zou geweldig zijn voor u om te kunnen zien welke specifieke project / werk heeft genomen tot de meeste tijd en middelen te bereiken.
