How to clean up and regain some hard disk space كيف لتنظيف واستعادة بعض القرص

Recently I realized that my three (3) year old machine is running slowly. أخيرا أدركت أن بلدي (3) ثلاث سنوات على التوالي الآلة ببطء. Every time I launch an application, it would take at least a minute for it to load up. في كل مرة كنت اطلاق الطلب ، سوف يستغرق على الأقل لمدة دقيقة لتحميل.
