I would have assumed an Open Framework such as ITIL to have its framework explained in an open manner as a free E-Book. मैं मान लिया होगा एक ओपन फ्रेमवर्क जैसे ITIL की रूपरेखा है कि एक स्वतंत्र ई बुक के रूप में एक खुला तरीके से समझाया.
