One of the key / heart for every organization which implements ITIL processes is the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). واحد من أهم / القلب لكل المنظمة التي تنفذ عمليات إيتيل] هو تكوين قاعدة بيانات إدارة (CMDB).

When I was studying on ITIL, I always wonder what should go into a CMDB. عندما كنت أدرس في إيتيل] ، أتساءل ما الذي يجب ان تذهب الى CMDB.
