One of the key / heart for every organization which implements ITIL processes is the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).其中一个键/每个组织实施ITIL流程是配置管理数据库（CMDB）中的核心。

Drilling in further about CMDB, I found out that the purpose of a CMDB is to store configuration items (CI) which acts as a structural unit in a CMDB.在进一步对CMDB的钻井，我发现了一个CMDB的目的是存储配置项（CI）的其中一个结构单元行为的一个CMDB。

Examples of configuration items (CI) include:配置项（CI）的例子包括：

Basically anything related to IT which can be tagged with the following attributes can be considered a CI:基本上任何有关资讯，可与以下属性可以被认为是身份证明书标签：
