One of the key / heart for every organization which implements ITIL processes is the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).其中一個鍵/心臟每一個組織，它實現ITIL流程是配置管理數據庫（CMDB）。

Drilling in further about CMDB, I found out that the purpose of a CMDB is to store configuration items (CI) which acts as a structural unit in a CMDB.鑽井CMDB的進一步了解，我發現這樣做的目的一個CMDB是存儲配置項（CI）的哪些行為作為結構單位的CMDB的。

Examples of configuration items (CI) include:實例配置項（CI）的有：

Basically anything related to IT which can be tagged with the following attributes can be considered a CI:基本上任何與IT相關的標記，可以用下面的屬性可以被認為是身份證明書：
