Terms of Use – Change My IP

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Change My IP mobile application (“the App”), developed by Wareprise.com (“the Developer”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

1. Description of Service

Change My IP is a Virtual Private Network (VPN) application designed to route internet traffic through VPN servers in order to mask the user’s IP address and enhance privacy.

VPN connectivity is provided via a third-party VPN provider / SDK. The Developer does not operate or manage VPN servers.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

You agree not to use the App to:

Engage in illegal activities
Violate intellectual property rights
Distribute malware or harmful content
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or networks
Abuse, interfere with, or disrupt the service

3. Service Limitations

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

The Developer does not guarantee that:

The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
All VPN servers will always be available
The service will meet all user expectations
Use of a VPN will provide complete anonymity or protection

VPN services may be blocked, restricted, or limited by websites, networks, governments, or service providers beyond the Developer’s control.

4. No Monitoring of User Activity

The Developer does not knowingly monitor, log, or inspect user browsing activity or VPN traffic content.

However, VPN connectivity and network routing are handled by third-party providers, whose practices are governed by their own terms and policies.

5. Third-Party Services

The App integrates third-party services, including but not limited to:

VPN service providers
Advertising networks via Appodeal
Analytics and crash reporting services (e.g., Firebase)

The Developer is not responsible for the content, availability, or data handling practices of third-party services.

6. Advertisements

The App displays advertisements through third-party ad networks. Ad content is controlled by those networks and may vary by region, device, or usage.

The Developer does not endorse or guarantee any advertised products or services.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including software, branding, and design, remain the property of the Developer or licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or resell the App without prior written permission.

8. Termination

The Developer may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time without notice if these Terms are violated or if required by law.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
