Change My IP (“the App”) is a VPN (Virtual Private Network) application designed to help users protect their privacy by masking their IP address and routing network traffic through VPN servers.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect

The developer does not knowingly or intentionally collect, store, or process:

• Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or contact details
• Browsing history, DNS queries, or website content
• Messages, photos, files, or communications
• VPN traffic payloads
• Financial or payment information (handled solely by Google Play)

The App does not clone devices, identities, phone numbers, SIM cards, or user accounts.

2. VPN Service Data

VPN functionality is provided through a third-party VPN provider / SDK.

• The developer does not operate or control VPN servers
• The developer does not store VPN traffic or connection logs
• VPN connection data is handled by the provider according to their own policies

The developer does not have direct access to VPN traffic and cannot identify individual users through VPN activity.

3. Local Data Stored on Your Device

The App stores limited information locally on your device only:

• Favorite website URLs manually added by the user
• App preferences and settings

This data is not transmitted to the developer and can be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling the App.

4. Third-Party Services

Advertising

The App uses Appodeal, which mediates advertising networks including:

• Google AdMob
• Meta (Facebook) Audience Network
• AppLovin
• Other supported networks

These networks may collect device identifiers, approximate location, and ad interaction data according to their own privacy policies.

Analytics & Crash Reporting

The App uses Firebase for analytics and crash reporting, which may collect:

• App usage events
• Crash logs
• Device model and operating system version
• Anonymous identifiers

5. How Information Is Used

• Provide and maintain app functionality
• Improve performance and reliability
• Display advertisements
• Detect and fix technical issues

The developer does not sell personal data or use it for targeted profiling.

6. Data Retention

The developer does not maintain user accounts or personal databases. Local app data remains on the device until removed by the user.

Data collected by third-party services is retained according to their own policies.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 13 and above. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
